30-night home trial

Unbent comes with a 30-night home trial. Use it every evening if you like. If it isn't for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and send it back clean, with its cable and manual, and we'll refund you.

The trial is on top of your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

How to return Unbent

  1. Email us at contacto@klintsu.es with your order number.
  2. We'll reply within 2 working days with your return reference.
  3. Send the parcel within 14 days of contacting us, using a tracked service, and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

  • We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, or of you sending us proof of postage, whichever comes first.
  • The refund goes back to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.
  • You pay the return postage, unless Unbent arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered.
  • Two Unbent: if you return one from a pack of two, we refund the per-unit price you paid for the pack.

Faulty or damaged

If your Unbent arrives damaged or doesn't work, please email us a photo or short video within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we'll cover the costs.
